Conoley is a new administrator here. This cancelation needs to be understood within the context of Conoley’s bumbling mishandling of other racial and gender tensions on campus since she’s been president. As a mixed race faculty member here, I find Conoley’s act to be censorship for the purposes of avoiding any more attention on her poor leadership skills and handling of other issues on this campus. Just look the other way, Jane.
